How I started blogging
Each weekend I was trying to bake something new and learning each time. I realised that in making mistakes and suprising myself I had a story to tell and advice that I could put to good use and tell others about. All I was doing was updating my facebook status with what I baked but not actually how I did it, what I had learnt and showing how to do it better. So now I am starting out on the path to better baking and hope to learn something along the way and inspire others to bake.
What I bake
I bake all sorts, from scones, to brownies to big bold cakes. I even bake bread. I hope to build up my blog full of enticing recipes and share my journey.
