- Baking to me is more than just cooking, it's a lifestyle, a way of choosing to live. it's about creating something of your own made purely from your own choosing and then sitting down and savouring the buttery sweetness of that bake. It's about sharing sugary colourful cupcakes with friends, showing off sweet scones to family and sitting out in the sunshine with your homemade cream tea and a glass of cool lemonade. I'm not an experienced cook and I do not expect you to be either, I am going to share my baking experiences with you in a no nonsense simple way and hope to inspire you to enjoy buttery baking.
